-We'll be hiking one of the best barefoot hikes in the Twin Cities. Barefoot hiking is not only fun, but it's an amazing way to energize and rejuvenate the body.
-During this hike, we'll have the unique opportunity to go inside a living tree and experience healing and transformation from working with tree energy.
-This hike features a powerful place where the Mississippi and Minnesota Rivers meet. You'll get the opportunity to dip your feet in the water and even swim if you like! At this point we'll explore the properties of water such as flow and adaptability.
-There will also be an opportunity to recieve one on one energy tuneups from David. These sessions can transform blockages and limitations in the mind, body, and spirit to help you live with more peace, clarity, and freedom. The sessions last just a few minutes, but can be very powerful in adding to the overall experience.
-Midway through the hike we will break for lunch. Here you'll learn techniques to connect with the food you eat, optimize nutritional intake, and learn the wisdom of your body.
