Barefoot Guided Hike

  • Tamarack Nature Center 5287 Otter Lake Road White Bear Lake, MN, 55110 United States (map)

My favorite barefoot hiking spot in the Twin Cities by far!!!
The paths are mostly grass and sand with some wonderful dirt in the woods to kiss our naked feet!
This is about a 4 mile hike, though the terrain is not challenging for the most part. We will touch wetlands, and prairie and forest, each with there own magic!
And the namesake of this nature reserve (so no dogs allowed), the Tamarack, is amazing as what looks like an evergreen has it's needles turn yellow and fall off!
All the grasses and trees should be at peak and no mosquitoes by then I bet :)
I request a $10-$20 donation be made at the beginning of the hike to support my work, and we will meet near the parking lot (bring water bottle also).
I guarantee you will feel refreshed, relaxed and rejuvenated by the end of the morning of playing in nature :)
